For those that do not know, the City of Yellowknife and its unionized workers are currently in a work stoppage. Sr Super Soccer has no political officiation with either side.
St. Pat's and Sir John (in consultation with NWT Soccer) have decided on this course of actions:
Plan A: if the City work stoppage is over before our registration deadline (April 13), we will have Super Soccer as we have for the past decade using three venues (Fieldhouse #1, Fieldhouse #2, and Weledeh/St Pats gyms combined as one)
Plan B: if the City work stoppage is not over by our registration deadline (April 13), we will have Super Soccer as we held it prior to the Fieldhouse being built. This will mean we anticipate using three venues (St Pats gym, Weledeh gym, and Sir John gym).
Plan B utilizes much smaller venues and will have some rule modifications. Those will be posted on this page as we get closer to the tournament.
